Built on the ashes of the old Milliken Building (demolished in 2009), 7 Bryant Park is a 30-story, 470,000-square-foot office tower on the corner of 40th St and 6th Ave, designed by world class architect Henry N. Cobb. The Caldia marble by MGI was the design choice for the new lobby, with approximately 270 square meters of cut to size panels fabricated for paving and walls from 3 cm slabs; the remaining 10 square meters, in 2 cm panels, were used inside the elevator cabs.
